  • It must be returned with all original packaging, labels, and accessories.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be included.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • Shipping costs will only be refunded if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind, buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We will replace the product or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
